Evening to the Blogoshpere from the sun drenched shores of Cyprus. Congratulations to EVIL LEADER for his blog entry - how he managed to bribe a 5 year old to write it for him is beyond belief (after all given the amount of spelling errors and the deployment of awful syntax it surely could not have been written by anyone outside Leuchars Primary).
Anyway, moving on, tragedy has befallen me with a (sober) fall on Day 1 of my training camp resulting in ripped ligaments and a visit to the Doctor. However the application of Bruffen and Spicy Rum mean I should make the double spin session booked for Monday.
I am thrilled to hear my team-mates are training hard; as for me I think its all about looking good on the bike so I'm off to work on my tan. Toodly Pip.
